It’s the time of year where many are going away and maybe wishing they did something sooner.

1) I’m going on holiday in 4 weeks and I’m panicking – I really want to lose weight and should have done something sooner but typical me, I haven’t done anything and left it too late. What can I do?
2) I’ve recently gone gluten free but noticed the free from food is expensive and really high in calories – What can I do instead?
3)How effective is calorie counting? Would it need to always go down to keep losing weight?
