We all do it,
but the ‘secret’ to getting what you want is to keep on going.
You may slip up and with the weekend on the way…there’ll be more slips ups for sure
but you can always start again at the next meal or next day.
Just sign yourself up for a kick up the butt!
I was also asked…Is the programme suitable for Pescitarians?
Yes indeed.
We have many recipes that include eggs (if you tolerate then ok), fish and the main thing (which believe it or not many vegetarians lack) is lots of fruit and vegetables.
I know many think the programme may be TOO HARD for them.
So…how hard is it??
It’s only as complicated as you want to make
it in your mind.
I’ve done everything for you.
Yes, you’ll have to dig in if you’re
a coffee drinker and you eliminate it for the week
for me…but the CLEAR HEAD you get after
a few days is soooooo worth it.
Get your natural energy going.

It was Danny’s fault
The timer went off
We were playing Beebo
then we danced with our arms to the conga
We were having lots of fun
I got distracted
Next thing
BURNT!!
AH WELL…SOUP IT WAS FOR DINNER IN THE END – LOL
