Step #1 Fitness
Have you ever wanted to tone up and lose weight, but hate going to the gym and spending an hour in there when you’re already too busy?
Well you’re right to hate it, because you don’t need to do it anyway.
All you need is 12 minutes at home doing a Taransformer style HIIT. This is a PROVEN method of toning up all over, and not only that – they’re fun and ONLY 12 MINS!!
Yippeeee…..NO BORING TRAINING TO DO.
Step #2 Eat more Food.
You know that obsessed feeling you get when you go on a diet and plan all your salads and smaller portions but all you can THINK ABOUT is bread, choccy & wine.
ARGGHHH
Life would really suck if you couldn’t have those because you want to lose weight, I’d certainly hate that!
Or
How about losing weight and STILL having your fave meals and your fave treats?
You can do this with my recipes, which I’ve transformed so you can still enjoy awesome food and feel full.

Step #3 Balance
Ever fallen for the common mistake of ‘do more exercise and eat less’ myth, so you stress yourself out even more and feel like you can never enjoy yourself unless you’re just being naughty.
Well……Being a bit naughty and indulgent is just what you need. Plus a regular chill with a trashy mag, gossip with your friends, pamper yourself with a spa day and lock the family away whilst you have a bubble bath.
This is one of my rules to helping you speed up weight loss……de-stress and ramp your success up!
