5 Exercises for a Big Step Beach Workout

I filmed these moves yesterday whilst out in the sunshine


...I also got my brand new trainers soaking wet when I took Danny to have a little paddle with his feet in the shore for the first time ever.


The last time we went on a beach, he didn't want to touch the sand with his feet.


Yesterday he wanted to play with it ,
Eat it and when I put him down into the water he walked in a little....


...then, with his sand moustache off he went continuing to walk deeper into the sea,
completely ignoring "Danny come to Mamma" so before the water could hit his knees and wet his outfit I (with an exhaggerated tip toe) went in to get him.

Anyway, they're drying nicely in this lovely warm weather and I've got another pair to wear today.


Here's I'm sharing 5 moves you can do anywhere that you have steps.


When the weather is like this we should take complete advantage and move more


Try this workout
Get outside and walk...whatever your choice just get moving more.


My dilemma right now is do I go for a walk with Danny this afternoon in the sunshine and catch up with
work tonight, or work today and go for a nice walk tonight...or both!
