3 weeks and 23 3/4 lbs GONE….

This is SERIOUS relationship goals.
That’s what Dan & Laura have lost together since they saw me
3 weeks ago.
They are LOVING THEIR LIVES.
What’s the big secret?
They did something so many do not do.
They had that lightbulb moment.
They got the support and they realised.
NOBODY will do it for them.
Just like NOBODY will do it for you.
You are responsible for your own life.
It’s so easy to put things off….I do it.
We all do.
But it gets to a point when we realise enough is enough.
What differences have you noticed with your weight,
in the last 3 weeks?
I’ll share with you a few things Dan & Laura have done
from my 5 Steps To A Healthier You:
1) BODY – FITNESS
Each day they do a SMALL amount of exercise. It’s only 12 mins BUT
it is proven to burn fat the FASTEST and TONE UP all over.
2) BODY – NUTRITION
They eat MORE food and they plan just a little more in advance
making sure their meals are big and made up of
the best FAT BURNING ingredients
3) BALANCE – FAMILY
They’re spending more quality time together
as a couple and a family and feeling closer
4) BEING – LIFESTYLE
they’re managing their stress better
(helps you burn fat – did you know?) and having better
sleep (Helps you burn fat too!)
5) BEING – they WORK-IN.
Imagine doing the lying down workout,
the massage workout,
the reading workout,
the chatting with your bestie workout,
the thinking positive workout.
Sound like the best workouts ever hey….
