Recipe: Harissa Spiced Sausage & Eggs

After 4 days of not doing a lot I’m back in the game.
I feel so much better from having some down time.
After all the hard work everything gets on top of us and the best thing to do at that point is relax. I’m sure you’ve felt the same too sometimes. Right now even.
It’s always important to CHILL – guilt free!
Today I’ve done a quick leg combo workout that is super fast to keep my legs and butt toned and I want to share with you now a gorgeous recipe that will be part of the Party Body Plan

What have you done so far this Monday to keep you on track?

Tonight I have the first Live meeting with the Life Taransformer 13 girls and they’ve spent some time planning and getting an awesome start to their week. We’ll all be chatting later which is exciting.

Fancy this Harissa Spiced Sausage & Egg Recipe?

Here it is:

INGREDIENTS

8 Chicken Sausages

1 iced onion

1 small pack sliced cherry tomatoes

4 eggs

12-14 Pistachio Nuts

1 Tbsn Barts Harissa Paste

1 tspn coconut oil

HOW TO:

Pop the oil into  hot pan. Add the sausages and onions and cook for 8-10 mins until softened and browned. Add the tomatoes & mix in the Harissa paste. Keep mixing for a few minutes until tomatoes have softened. Crack the eggs into the pan and pop under the grill until eggs are cooked. Once cooked sprinkle the nuts all over and serve. This recipe makes 4 servings.
