In this episode of The Life Transformer Show, Tara talks about how you can reduce portion sizes and not feel deprived or hungry. This was due to looking at someone elses food they were posting and thinking wow my portion size are a lot bigger. So this could be correct or it could be that your portions are too big. But it’s always best to work out what you can actually have personally rather than basing yourself of someone elses meal size. Is the person eating snacks throughout the day where you aren’t?
