Ep 80 – How to get back focus when you’ve lost your way

In this episode of The Life Transformer Show, Tara takes a look at how you can get your focus back once you’ve lost your way. She looks at how reaching out to a group for some help can get that focus back quicker. Set yourself some non negotiable goals. The most important of these is sleep! You need to really want it or you won’t focus on it properly. Make sure that you take regular breaks and time out. Write down your goal of what you want and why you want to achieve it.
