The 28 Day Body Confidence Project is my results focused 28 day coaching programme to help busy mums start their journey to transforming their bodies, mindset & life. The Next Project Starts Monday 14th June 2021.

28 Days of Coaching and Support with Tara
Every week I personally make myself available to you directly for support through weekly live coaching sessions. Our weekly group coaching sessions cover a different area of focus to get you started on your body confidence journey. Everything from eating healthy, to exercise plus how to manage relationships, reducing your stress levels, understand your thoughts and stay in control of your emotions. We also do live Q and A sessions in our private support group, where you can ask me anything and each session is recorded for you and available on demand, so you never miss out if you can’t make it live.
In addition to the live coaching, I will also email you daily with advice and guidance to take you step by step through your journey of inspiration and transformation.
Life Transformer Healthy Eating Blueprint
I’ll show you how easy it is to eat healthy and nutritious food that supports your weight loss goals, no matter how busy your days are. I’ll also help you stop feeling guilty about food, and how you can easily start feeling more confident and looking fabulous, while still enjoying the foods you love (yes even chocolate and Prosecco).
You can also join me live with our Meal Prep Cooking Show. I’ll take you through healthy meal prep in UNDER 40 MINUTES. You’ll get healthy meals to see you through the week AND your kitchen will be clean and tidy in that time! (You’re welcome)
Life Transformer Healthy Habit & Behaviour Blueprint
