We all know it’s tough any time of year, and right now we’re even more distracted than ever. It doesn't mean that we can't make time for investing in ourselves and feeling our absolute BEST.

- 4 quick & super effective live Zoom workouts per week, where I’ll be with you the whole time

- Live Pilates sessions, perfect for those days when we need a good stretch & release

- Workout recordings so you can do them on demand if you can’t make a live session

We'll all be starting together on Monday 20th November and we'll be feeling excited, energised and motivated right up to Sunday 24th December, just before Santa arrives.

WHEN ARE THE WORKOUT SESSIONS?

- The workouts are every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 6:30am (so you're feeling like a legend by 7am). 

- They're done via Zoom, so not only can you see Tara, she can see you! 

- This helps to ensure you're exercising safely and extra accountable as you'll know Tara will be watching.


Each workout is recorded so you never have to worry about missing a session. You can simply catch up at a time that suits you best.


Tara carefully design's every workout so you'll be following the best guidance to tone your body, boost your fitness and feel energised for the day. Tara also shows alternatives for any adjustments you may need.

IS THERE NUTRITION ADVICE?

There will be weekly coaching sessions where Tara will cover everything you need to know to get the best results, including:

- Nutrition advice

- Support on emotional / binge eating

- Daily habit guidance, so you speed up your results

- Mindset coaching so you don't give up on yourself

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED?

You can use gym equipment like Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Booty Bands, Yoga Blocks or you can create weights using items form around your home. A bag filled with books can be a perfect weight to pick up.


Tara wants to encourage you to get fit for life, not just for Christmas. If you don't have any home equipment you can pick weights up at a really good price from many stores. It's a worthwhile investment for you to keep up the training at home.
