Weight Loss Recipe: Choc Orange Protein Bread

Tara’s Weight Loss Recipe: Chocolate Orange Protein Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops chocolate orange whey protein
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sweet potato mash
HOW TO:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix through.
- Once thoroughly mixed, add to a silicone loaf tray.
- Pop in the oven at approx. 180 degrees c for 12-15 mins (or until a knife comes out clean).
- Allow to cool and slice into 9 slices.
- Enjoy 3 slices as a serving as shown or try toasted with your fave topping.
I Recommend
I finished this book recently on Audible (I read at home and listen in the car). It’s great for anyone that needs more willpower, motivation, improved habits. It explains how we can all be busy, but doing unimportant tasks and how focusing on just “One Thing” is what helps us to prioritise and and get things done.
If you need a bit of focus, this one’s for you. I like smaller chunks of info. We’re all busy and want things fast and I know I quickly turn off from long blog posts, so I’m sure you may feel the same too.
