You know when you see someone regularly,
you sometimes don’t notice changes as you
see each other quite a bit.
Well……this photograph BLEW MY MIND!
The difference in Charley
since becoming a TARAnsformer is PHENOMENAL
What a Super Girly!
What’s the difference between Charley and
so many who struggle?
(Maybe you)
She showed up
She took OWNERSHIP
She did SMALL things each day
She achieved MASSIVE results
She is still doing it MOST of the time
in the build up to Christmas
(I screen shot a pic of her eating choccy the other day
ha – good for Charley too!)
BUT
She’s still not exactly where she wants to be
So whats she doing?
Setting herself up to take it
the next step.
Charley was
CONFIRMED Life TARAnsformer Number 3
She knows that over the festive period there’s
going to be MORE eating and maybe LESS exercise
as routine goes out the window.
She knows that in the New Year, she’s gonna want
to get straight back on it and working
towards losing more weight,
TONING up more and feeling
even more proud and confident.
She knows that to get EVERYTHING SHE WANTS
she needs to get a plan in place.
So
When her fella asked her what she
wanted for Christmas, it was easy.
She doesn’t need any more smellies
She doesn’t need any more PJ’s or Slippers
She defo doesn’t need a selection of choccies
(Although – we all will get them)
BUT
She needs to feel fab
She deserves to feel fab
So
Her fella said he’d pay for her to
join the Life TARAnsformer Programme
kicking off on Monday 4th Jan.
Don’t worry…I haven’t spoilt Charley’s main present.
She knows about it and has probably been practicing
her shocked and surprised face ready for Christmas morning.
Charley will be meeting with
me and the rest of the team every week LIVE
to get results
We’ll be doing it step-by-step,
very small steps and getting
even better results than the
piccy above.
WHICH
is already blinking brilliant
Another space also went yesterday with
the lovely TARAnsformer Jacqueline
who has already lost a stone in my classes and
is ready to RAMP IT UP in the New Year
And I’ll be speaking with Kim this weekend too
who I’m confident is going to be another
excellent member of the Team.
