So you may have partied the weekend.
Hit it harder than you planned maybe?
It’s easy to do.
I’m the same.
I’ll have one little
drink, my horns come out and I can be like
“LET’S DO THIS!”
programme did it Friday night.
I’m slightly disappointed with myself!
I caved at work’s Xmas party and had around 9 vodka,
soda and limes, 1 Woo Woo cocktail,
1 sex and the beach cocktail and
1 Pina colada ooh and some champagne – flashbacks lol.
My food choices were good at the restaurant
but I visited the buffet at the after party,
every time I passed and I proceeded to ram
cocktail sausages in!
I prob had about 25ish maybe more…. I got home and
proceeded to munch, clean food may I add but I did have a rocky bar too-
haven’t had choc for months either.
I also had that Coyo yogurt – very nice!!
I’ll have to take solace in the fact that I have not drunk
booze in around 4 or 5 months roughly ha ha.
Food choice today was an egg wrap for brecki with Quorn sausage, feta.
I’m about to have a smoothie as not much in till I food shop later.
I’ve also had a cup of coconut milk, green and blacks with flava drops.
I have ready made sweet pot curry for dinner
and i’m now starting to look for lunch.
I WILL NOT GIVE INTO HANGOVER FOOD as
Tara puts it “I WANT THAT BANGING BODY MORE!”
I will attempt an AMRAP later though to help keep me in check

She mixed her drinks
and had a bit too much.
Then DESTROYED a load of
food as there was NO REASONING with
the vital thing is….
what you gonna do the next day!
This is where you need to dig in.
There have already been
excess calories from the drinking.
On hangover day try try try
with all your freaking power to
stay on track.
So today you could do this.
Breakfast: Eggs, mushrooms,
tomatoes, some ham/bacon with
a big glass of water and a coffee.
Lunch: Have a clean sunday lunch and
avoid the starches
Dinner: Make a clean pizza.
Snacks: Try some clean chocolate ice-cream made
ONLY out of cocoa and frozen banana.
water water water. Keep sipping ALL DAY!
Make sure you get up and have a nice shower and
go for a walk.
Keep as distracted as possible today.
Make your hangover day productive and
plan how you’re gonna stay on track this week.
