Top 10 home-cooked meals

I rarely read a newspaper but on my weekend of chilling, snuggled in a blanky with my boys we got a newspaper and a few magazine.


It was lovely, I would actually recommend it. I'm gonna do it more.


There were a few things I thought 'Oh, I'm gonna share that'


and one of them was the Top 10 Home-Cooked Meals

How many of those would you fancy? All 10 for me


Now what is quite fantastic is I would recommend every single one of those meals and we have a recipe for each in the 6 Week Body Plan


I'm sure many would think that eating these types of meals are off the agenda whilst you diet and stay away from some of your favourites 


and if you want to do a short -term diet then yes....they're off the menu


but whilst you may get some short-term results and feel pretty miserable whilst on the diet,

this way of eating is just not sustainable.


You'll lose weight but when you miss what you love there's a pretty high chance you'll be back to where you started in no time.

So, why do so many do them?


The appeal of fast weight loss - but the reality is even faster rebound.

  • If you want to enjoy your food
  • If you want to keep the weight off

Eat the curry, casserole, chilli, lasagne and whatever else you fancied in the top 10 - just don't eat them all at once 😉


The trick is balance.


Home made food can be quick, cheap and totally delicious.
