Spice Winter Berry Smoothie
When you need something quick, healthy and ready to go, you can’t fault a smoothie.
And as we get all festive (I’m not yet but I will on friday night at the National Fitness Awards ), I thought I’d share this gorgeous, wintery recipe with you.
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
200ML Coconut milk (I use Koko)
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Psyllium Husk
This recipe couldn’t get easier!
Place all your ingredients into a blender, blitz and serve immediately (If you wanted to drink it later, I’d leave the husk out)
