RE: Your Email Yesterday
I had loads of emails yesterday asking about my inner circle program after
sharing the link and saying you
can join at any time.
But it seemed that a number of you were intrigued as to the ins and outs
of the Inner Circle.
I answered every email individually as I always do, but also wanted to
put together a top 10 Q&A to help you make the decision about whether
you’re ready to make a change yet …
Q1) How much is the program?
£27 per month.
And I GUARANTEE it will stay that price for as long as you’re a member.
Q2) Do I have to exercise?
You don’t HAVE to exercise, but it will double your results.
Part of the inner circle is my frequently-updated workouts.
The best part about them?
(Actually, there are 2 best parts) –
Firstly, they only last 12 minutes.
Secondly, you can do them at home.
Plus, they’re pretty fun.
Q3) I have no clue about nutrition!
That’s okay, I’ll help you with that.
Not only do I teach good nutritional practices and habits, but I give you easy-to-follow, tasty recipes too.
Q4) Is it for men as well?
Yes it can be, Did you see Laura & Dan recently!
Q5) How often do you check in?
I’m in there daily, making sure every one of my TARAnsformers is doing fine, and I’ll answer any questions you have.
Q6) Am I tied in?
Any time you want to leave, you can do.
Q7) How is this different to joining a gym or going to Weight Watchers?
How much support from women with similar goals do you get at the gym?
How many people see you as a person, not just another membership fee?
How self-conscious do you feel at the gym?
As for Weight Watchers and Slimming World –
Their intentions are good, but their methods are bad.
Most people will lose weight to start with, but they pile it all back on (and more!)
You could join a gym or a slimming club, but I’ bet money you’ll be back here in 6 weeks again,
wanting a better option.
Q8) Do I have to eat diet food?
I want this to be easy for you, so any recipes are family-friendly, and your kids or hubby won’t even know you’re trying to lose weight based on the meals.
Q9) I always struggle to stick with things.
Have you ever been part of a support group though?
Had daily accountability?
Thought not. Well you will now.
Q10) I’m ashamed of my body right now. It seems pretty scary.
I completely understand.
A commitment like this isn’t easy.
But ask yourself –
“Am I happy where I am right now?”
If so … Great.
If not, I promise you’ll get the results you want here.
I hope that’s cleared a few things up
Need to ask something else?
Send me an email.
It might take me a few days to respond, as I’m on HOLIDAY but I’ll get back to you soon-ish, as I”m still
staying in touch with the TARAnsformers in the group. They get priority.
P.S Keep in touch with me on Facebook
too as I share my holiday food xx
