RE: Your Email Yesterday


I had loads of emails yesterday asking about my inner circle program after
sharing the link and saying you
can join at any time.
But it seemed that a number of you were intrigued as to the ins and outs
of the Inner Circle.

I answered every email individually as I always do, but also wanted to
put together a top 10 Q&A to help you make the decision about whether

Q1) How much is the program?

£27 per month.

And I GUARANTEE it will stay that price for as long as you’re a member.
Q2) Do I have to exercise?

You don’t HAVE to exercise, but it will double your results.

Part of the inner circle is my frequently-updated workouts.

As for Weight Watchers and Slimming World –

Their intentions are good, but their methods are bad.

Most people will lose weight to start with, but they pile it all back on (and more!)

You could join a gym or a slimming club, but I’ bet money you’ll be back here in 6 weeks again,
wanting a better option.
Q8) Do I have to eat diet food?

Absolutely not.

I want this to be easy for you, so any recipes are family-friendly, and your kids or hubby won’t even know you’re trying to lose weight based on the meals.
Q9) I always struggle to stick with things.

Have you ever been part of a support group though?
