Yes, there’ll be times where you may slip off the wagon, beat yourself up about it, but hey! It can happen; the main thing is you get back on it.
Making healthy yet totally delicious meals that the whole family can enjoy will make staying on track even easier.

Chicken breast chunks (You could also try turkey, or even have a go with Salmon)
2 tbspn Coconut Flour
2 Egg Whites
1 Tbspn Cajun Spice (I use the Barts one here as I had a good look through all the ingredients and its all spices and no nasties)
HOW TO DO IT
Mix the cajun spice in with your coconut flour.
Dip each chunk into the egg white, then dip into the cajun flour mix. Dust off any excess. Place onto a tray.
Pop your tray into the pre-heated oven on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Take them out and turn them over and pop them into the oven again for another 8-10 minutes.
HOW TO SERVE:
These are amazing for any dinner meal with veggies, salad or some sweet potato wedges and a tomato salsa dip.
Also, they are perfect for lunch on the go. You can eat them cold so they can be added into any lunch box (adults and children!) with a load of chopped salad items.
