One word…..CELLULITE :-(


You look in the mirror and catch a glimpse of that unsightly orange peel skin.

You sit crosslegged and have a little feel of your thighs….DEEP DIMPLES,

#1 Drink more water – keeping hydrated and flush out toxins to keep your skin looking peachy.

#2 Body brush – get a soft bristled brush and scrub in circular motions around your body to boost circulaiton

#3 Exercise regularly – again keep your circulation going, reduce body fat and strengthen those muscles underneath to give you that toned, smooth look.

#4 Reduce processed, refined foods and choose fresh, healthy real food items including PLENTY of veggies and low sugar fruits to
get the vitamins and minerals you need to feed your body and again reduce toxins. LOADS of recipes for you to choose from are HERE

#5 Eat protein at every meal – Protein stimulates and strengthens the production of collagen and elastin which keeps cellulite at bay
