My day in food…

Have you ever wanted to know what type of food

I eat?

What a typical day can look like?

Well….Saturday’s aren’t a ‘ROUTINE’ day,

but I shared a collage of all my food in

some of my groups yesterday and

I thought I’d share with you.

First of all – there seems to be two types of people.

Wake up HUNGRY (Me)

Then those that

don’t really fancy anything til about 10-11am

(Kinda wish I was like that)

Anyway.

As I’m always up early, and hungry I had a small bowl

of oats (about 25g) with protein & cacao nibs, then I

got stuck into my morning reading.

I had a workout

lifting weights for my legs, butt and back

Then we had some friends around.

So I did my ABSOLUTE fave

A brunch banquet.

Getting a table full of healthy food

Helping myself TO what I fancy

(Making sure I only have 1 plate full and

it’s the right portion)

Chatting

Taking my time

Sipping coffee

A weekend brunch is such an awesome way to sit around and catch up

with your family or to catch up with friends.

In this weekends brunch we had

Protein Pancakes

Scrambled Eggs

Lemon & Pepper Chicken Sausages

Smoked Salmon

Avocado

Fresh Juicy Berries

Baby Spinach

Sliced Tomato

It went down a treat.

We all had such a good meal, it kept up full

and energised for AGES

Late afternoon was

Protein Bar

Sliced Apple

Cinnamon Yoghurt Dip

A nice healthy snacks, treat which killed my

choccy craving and took the edge off until dinner.

In the evening then I mixed up a Chicken & Salmon Salad,

then finished off the yoghurt with a few strawberries.

It was quick & easy for a busy day.

What did you have?

The weekend is the obstacle for so many to reach their goals

as the indulgence and alcohol makes an appearance.

Which is good in moderation,

but it won’t help you get to your goals.

You need to make meals that will

help you STAY FULL,

help you BURN FAT

help you LOSE WEIGHT

help you TONE YOUR MUSCLES.

it’s not always easy choosing,

making,

ordering healthy meals but it’s a lot

easier when someone shows you EXACTLY what to eat.

P.S Yesterday was a very clean day as today
is my gorgeous side kick/other half’s birthday and I’m
Sooooooooooooooo having a slice of the cake he’s getting!
And a glass of Prosecco.
So naturally, I’ll be following my
ESSENTIAL celebrate day plan so I don’ ruin my holiday
body goals
