My Mango & Almond Granola Recipe For YOU

Good Morning
The piccy above was my second batch of Mango & Almond Granola that
I made for us at home this morning
JUST YUMSTERS!!!
This is one of the new recipes added to the 7 Day Detox Programme this month
(You can join in HERE)
Today we’re all getting ready for a week of
MOTIVATION
FEELING IN CONTROL
GETTING ENERGY BACK
KICKSTARTING WEIGHT LOSS………AND KEEPING IT OFF
Anyway, one thing I want you to know is when you’re cleaning up your act,
getting healthier and boosting your metabolism you can still totally enjoy it and eat loads of lovely food.
The problem is with many,
You over think things.
Think you’ve got to go on a drastic diet,
do loads of exercise that you don’t really like and
it’s going to be hard hard HARD
(And you kinds don’t believe you’ll really lose weight anyway because you’ve tried so many diets before and failed at them)
But I want you to realise that whilst it does involve hard work and it
will invole some times where you slip up and indulge a litte
but that’s fine
That’s life!
the main thing is what you do after you’ve pushed the boat out a bit.
Get back to it with plenty of support.
Anyway…
As I was taking my batch of granola out of the over earlier I thought, I’m gonna share the recipe today.
Because I’m kind like that 😉
And whilst I’m going to be working with the girls in detox week over the next 7 days I wanted to give you some options.
You can join me and the team for a really good chance of weight loss success
(set some goals and feel totally different this time next week)

You can try yourself and use this recipe as a healthier breakfast.
One step is better than none hey?!
So here it is:
MANGO & ALMOND GRANOLA

2 tbsp Mixed seeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Manuka Honey
2 tbspn chopped dried Mango
6-8 chopped Almonds
8-10 tbsp Water
HOW TO:
Mix all your ingredients together in a big bowl. Add the water slowly until the mixture resembles granola style clusters. pour the mixture onto a tray with greaseproof paper. place in the oven approx 180-200 degrees for 10 mins, mix it around and place back in the oven for a further 8-10 mins.
Enjoy warm or cold with unsweetened almond/coconut milk
This is sooooooo nice and like all my other recipes in detox week, totally doesn’t feel like you’re on a diet….which your not! It’s just doing what you know you should do and taking control of what you do to feel healthier & happier.
So today we’re doing our measurement and this time next week we’ll be feeling the benefits.
We’re open now and kick off tomorrow
