This is the journey I’ve taken. Often I’m asked what I’ve done to get back in shape so quickly. It’s taken me 23 weeks to get here, which have gone so fast.
I’ve been good with my food, I’ve enjoyed many indulgences of eating what I want.
I’ve done some exercise, I’ve had times where I’ve had to rest a while and chill out.
Nothing ground breaking or even too hard, but I started and kept going.
