Just want to SLEEEEEEEP??

I was awake at 4:!0 this morning.

It’s not normally like me but we all get them from time to time when there’s
a million and one things flying through our brains.

I know a lot struggle with sleep regularly, so today I thought I’d mention
magnesium to you.

This mineral plays very many important roles in the health of your body and brain, however – like many you may
not be getting enough of it.

And the benefits?

Magnesium may boost your exercise performance.
Can reduce the symptoms of depression
Lower blood pressure
It can reduce inflammation
It may prevent migraines
May improve PMS symptoms
You can get it from food sources such as:
Pumpkin seeds
Spinach
Swiss Chard
Dark Chocolate (Yay)
Black beans
quinoa
Halibut
Almonds & cashews
Mackerel
& salmon
avocado

You can though, like we do at home, try supplementing with magnesium as a great way of improving relaxation and enhancing your sleep. Magnesium is well known for its ability to relieve insomnia symptoms as it helps to reduce the stress hormone in your body that can sometimes keep you awake.

So try taking 400-500mg of magnesium before you go to sleep,
or have a nice relaxing epsom salt bath and look forward to better rest and recharging each night.
