Joining the challenge ?

I've set the simple daily tasks for you , in the 30 day challenge.

To get motivated I'm going to help you every day with 

  • A LITTLE bit of exercise (sometimes just a walk)
  • Recipes to follow so you know you're eating the right stuff
  • How to get better quality sleep and more of it to help you wake up with more energy
  • Simple ways to get more sleep and feel like you've got more energy
  • A catch up with me every day in the private support group to keep you going (and make sure the novelty doesn't wear off)

We've had so much success with these 30 day challenges in the past because they really help to feel motivated and when you feel motivated you feel better.

You see the pounds coming off and you feel encouraged to keep going.
