Jam or Cream First?
So what is it for you?
Yesterday I went for an Afternoon Tea.
AMAZE
YES….Those little mini sandwiches and lots of
little cakes
SHOCK!
TARA ATE CAKE
There – I said it.
But that’s life.
I’m not one of those…
I NEVER eat this and
I NEVER drink that kinda person.
Lets be real…I’m ‘NORMAL’ too
(Whatever that is)
But I am a
MOST of the time I make good decisions
I’m MINDFUL with my choices
I worked hard to make better habits so
now they’re EASIER.
It’s not such a battle to eat well
because now It’s how I think.
Although from time to time
I relax and ENJOY!
The lunch was lovely.
Lots of time chatting.
No rushing to dive into the next
little treat and I didn’t have them all.
There were literally 7 cake selections
so I went for the one I wanted to most first
had a little taste of each one in
order.
And part of the convo was
how do you eat your scone?
100% it should be
jam first then the cream IMO
(Plus I only ate half)
What I did either side of the afternoon tea
was important too.
I trained in the morning
I ate low carb, high protein at
breakfast & dinner and I had plenty of
water.
And today…straight back on
it.
I’ll be doing 20 mins in the gym
straight after I send you this email
and I’ll be making good food choices
at breakfast and lunch before I
go to the theatre with friends this evening.
** Chances are there’s be some drinkies too.
But tomorrow…
