Yet another awesome low carb, high protein yummo recipe

1 scoop / 25g Unflavoured Protein Powder
1 Tbspn Coconut Flour
2 Egg Whites
¼ tspn Baking Powder
Pinch Cracked black pepper / chilli
1 Tspn Coconut oil
1 Sliced Pre Cooked Chicken Breast
1 Chopped Pepper
Thumb-size block finely grated cheese
1 Tspn 100% Cocoa
Blitz your pancake ingredients together. Add half the coconut oil to a hot pan and use half the mixture to make one pancake. Once cooked on both sizes, cook the second one. Layer your filling ingredients onto one of the pancakes, then add the other pancake on top.
Bake in the oven on approx. 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes and make that cheese glue the pancakes together. Cut into quarters and serve with some lovely veggies or a crunchy salad.
