One of the girls asked last night:

"Is anyone having an indulgence over Easter?"

YES WAY


Nobody wants to spend their life focussing on what they CAN'T have.

Constantly thinking about what you have to miss out on and lose, rather than all the wonderful things you can have, amazing things you can do and brilliant things to gain.

Instead of stressing about the damage Easter may do, look forward to it.

A healthy lifestyle is a balanced lifestyle and YES is does mean we have to be mindful, dig in and use discipline with our decisions at times, but the more we do it...the easier it becomes.

Then we won't need any will power when it comes to eating in a balanced way as it will soon become a healthy habit.

You can recognise triggers when they show up.

You can get more in tune with your body on how you're feeling,
when you're really hungry,
when you're doing things out of habit,
when you're having cravings and
when it is absolutely fine to relax and enjoy a little of what you fancy.

In the 6 week body plan we focus on those non-scale victories.

The girls have been loving how they're feeling:
