Hi, Sorry to bother you
Nothing worse than being bothered.
If you don’t want to be, but just for the record…
It’s never a bother to ask me a question that I may be able to help you with.
That’s what I love to do and I’m here for.
Anyway, thats how the message started that I had yesterday.
The rest went
“….I’m a total nightmare with technology, I was told how amazing the 12 min workouts are and how fab the diet is. I’m not on Facebook so unsure if I can be part of this. If I’m going to do this I want to give it my all so will want to do the diet as well as the exercise. What do you advise?”
I’m a technophobe too. Can’t stand it.
I’d much rather be jumping around or talking in front of as many people as possible.
OBV
So the programmes with me HAVE to be simple to follow,
AND…they work.
As ANON said, she has to give it her all and do the diet as well as exercise.
This is 100% what everyone should do.
Get the 12 min workouts into your day to boost your fitness and tone that body
Get the nutrition healthier so you burn fat and fill yourself with energy
PLUS
If you want to follow a meal plan – you can.
It’s all covered in there along with the support of the group (which is the only thing on FB)
so my advice for ANON and for you is here:
#1 START – the most simplest and obvious tip yet something SO MANY DO NOT DO.
Just start doing something. It’s so freaking easy to sit back in the comfort zone doing NOTHING.
#2 SET YOUR GOAL. Why do you even want to change anyway?
If it for your confidence, to make your family proud, to enjoy on holiday and not hide away?
Whatever it is – be clear of what you want.
#3 DO WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW – even walking more and ditching your daily
junk habit. You would STILL get results from a small change.
#4 Stay CONSISTENT. You can’t just stop. You have to make it a lifestyle and learn to ditch bad habits and create new, good ones.
and if you’re ready to spend 3 weeks with me.
Here’s the link:
Join me for the next 3 weeks and see what you can achieve.
BTW
Tomorrow I’m sharing my latest progress pic – gulp.
Haven’t taken it yet and not sure how much of a difference there’ll be,
but it’s 12 weeks since Danny arrived and over that time I’m made slow and steady progress
(whilst being sensible which was essential)
I know there are already successes…not matter what the inches or weight says.
But that’s the whole point.
It’s not just about weight.
It’s about healthy, strength, confidence.
The biggest thing for me though was #1 I STARTED.
I took very small steps in the beginning…….what did you do??
NOW is always a good time to start

Let’s do this!
Tara xx
P.S My #2 was to get back to how I looked pre-pregnancy. So I have many photos to compare to.\
#3 was easy for me, it’s all the stuff I share with you daily
#4 that is THE KEY…..consistently applying what I already know!
Fingers crossed for tomorrow xxx
