Happy Birthday to Meeeeeee
I wasn’t going to do anything worky today, but I couldn’t resist.
I’ve been swimming with Danny,
We went in the soft play area for a while and
had a sandwich & drink before coming home.
Then, I made a cuppa and caught up with all my lovely birthday wishes.
After that I had a few options.
1) Housework – nope – not on my birthday!
2) Waste time on social media – nope, far better things to do!
3) Share a little gift with you for some Tuesday Inspo
So I chose #3
I have a challenge for you!
I haven’t done it yet (this is making me accountable though), when I do I’m gonna film it and share it on my Facebook & instagram.

39 lunge jumps
39 kettlebell swings
39 mountain climbers

We all need a little foodie inspo so I have created my take on a Kedgegree
1/2 grated cauli head
2 cups frozen peas
1 flaked peppered mackerel fillet
2 handfuls chopped spinach
1 tbspn curry powder
sprinkle of dried parsely
Boil your eggs for 8mins (this gives that lovely squidgy centre). In the meantime add all the other ingredients to a pan and cook through. Ince ready top your mixture with a boiled egg and that’s it! This makes 2 servings so you can share or save! Enjoy
That’s it from me. I’m going to chill out with a book until Danny wakes, then I think I’ll get his wellies on him and get down the beach for a bit until Richard finishes work. My day has been too healthy for a birthday so far 😉
