So heres the recipe
Peanut butter ice cream and chocolate base
100g 80-90% dark chocolate
250g greek yoghurt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 scoops vanilla whey
Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie,mix in 1/2 scoop of the whey protein and tip into the base of 6 silicone cupcake cases and place in the fridge to set. When set can be kept in an air tight container.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with a hand held blender then divide into 6 silicone cupcake cases. Place in freezer for 20 minutes. When they are set you can remove from tray and keep in an air tight container.
Place the chocolate disc on plate and then place the ice cream on top and a few berries for decoration, leave at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
