You will need to join the the EXCLUSIVE Facebook group, you will be confirmed within 12 hours of signing up. Please check your inbox for any emails. (double check your junk if you can't see it)
The whole program will be run through this group. Please note that due to the nature of the online program you will be unable to receive a refund or be transferred to another program once you have paid and been entered into the group.
Within this group will be the recipes, meal plans, educational videos, information document and the vital support & encouragement.
