About time really.

How to get WILLPOWER.
A few people asked about how to stay on
Then they inboxed me and I replied
first thing this morning with an action plan
(Take action – Get results!)

Will power to stay on track is a real struggle,
I would appreciate any help you can offer,
I’m currently doing juice plus which I’m also a rep for,
I have 3 clean eating meals a day with 2 snacks,
my JP capsules and 2-3 litres a water a day and when in on track I love it,
feel amazing but as I say 3 weeks down the line and
I struggle to keep it going.
My husband is a chef which doesn’t help lol “

So again, the same thing crops up.
You kinda KNOW what to do,
you just don’t do it.

You MUST get HELP
You MUST get SUPPORT
You MUST get GUIDANCE
Someone you can rely on to
lift you up when you’re down,
understand that it’s hard,,,
It is for everyone.
Is it worth it?
This is what you need to do….
1. Have CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
You need to know exactly what you want and
what you need to do to get it.
Be specific with the results you want and
how you’re going to measure your success.
2. Love your MISTAKES
You will and have made them.
We all have.
You’ve done meal plans,
exercise plans and quite possibly
failed at them.
These failures are FULL of information.
This is valuable feedback which you can use to
improve your future.
3. Focus on the Future
We’ll often make judgements and assumptions
based on the past.
Now it’s time to forget the blame, guilt and negatives feelings and
focus on what you can do going forward for get better results.
Accountability is taking ownership.
You need to make the change, not WAIT for
things beyond your control to change.
4. Focus on what you CAN control
You can’t control circumstances, or other people.
You can control your THINKING and your ACTIONS.
Work on keeping your thoughts and actions PRODUCTIVE.
This can all start with
What you eat each day
What exercise you do
What conversations you have
Not getting involved in gossip
Not wasting time stalking social media
Do something productive for YOU

BEST and healthiest version of YOU.
