Chicken Fajita Style Stew

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack diced chicken breast
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 2 sliced peppers
  • 6-8 sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 1 tins choppe cherry tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ tspn chilli flakes
  • ½ tspn cayenne pepper
  • ½ tspn cumin powder

HOW TO:

Cook your chicken in a pan before adding to the slowcooker with all the other ingredients. Cook on medium for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
