Can you bend over to paint your toenails?
Emma’s lost 18lbs, now she can do it!
Can you believe the difference.
Emma is like a completely different person.
She’s gorgeous in both pics….look at her face ?
but how incredible is the change in her body.
In the 21 day programme group this morning we asked what was everyones story.
Here’s what Emma said:
“Mine is probably like anyone else’s who have always struggled with their weight,
this diet, that diet, felt deprived, was so unhappy,
lost a bit of weight, felt a bit better, 1 bad day turned to a bad week,
gave up started a new diet.
5 weeks ago I decided I had enough.
I was so unhappy with myself and was sick of it all, so I turned to Tara Hammett.
I had done it before and lost so much weight and felt fab.
So gave it another try I thought.
Best decision I made.
I’ve lost 18lbs so far, but the biggest thing for me is feeling my clothes get looser,
and little things like bending over to paint my toe nails.
I’m still loving it, and feeling like I’m getting fitter is amazing.
I just can’t wait to see where I will be in another 5 weeks, or this time next year.
Omg I can’t even imagine how happy I’m gonna be.

It’s the simple things in life that can make a massive difference…just like being able to bend over to
paint your toenails, to get out of the car easily, to put on an outfit and like how you look.
They may not mean anything to others, but could mean the whole world to you.
They could put a smile on yout face and make you feel better about yourself.
Proud even.
Like Emma.
She joined in the programme a little while ago.
When the programme ended so did the motivation.

Quick bit of exercise
Eat gorgeous food that burns fat
Be accountable
Surround herself with a group of ladies who are just the same and are there
to encourage and support.
Still have an amazing time loving life.
Simple.
But it can be so HARD to start.
To do something about it.
I know lots of people read these emails
maybe in bed, on the sofa, in the car,
on the loo (ha) and think
“ah, that was good / nice / inspirational….”
and do absolutely NOTHING for themselves.
