Did you have cake like me yesterday?

Serious question..

What did you eat yesterday?

Let me know what you had for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, treats, drinks.

Did you have a ‘good’ day or a ‘bad’ day

Did you do well like you try to in the week or did you get your weekend head on and think

‘Ah…stuff it, it’s the weekend?’

We had a weekend day of eating.

Nice healthy brunch at home,

Called into town, had a coffee and a cake each,

Called to Marks and picked up a selection of meats, some dips with pitta and a bit of chocolate for after.

Some bits were nice, some were average and we’re both saying ‘wish I didn’t eat that now’,

but it’s done now.

Today….back on it.

Guilty? NO!

What we did last week was great.

We ate really healthy all week,

Did 3 workouts & kept active,

Done lots together.

It’s a lifestyle.

Enjoying a little indulgence from time to time is absolutely fine,

The problem with so many is the weekend indulgence starts on Friday after work and ends Sunday evening.

Do you do this?

Good in the week (plus a few picks at things in work or from the kids that you forget about)

This is how people don’t get where they want.

Undo all the hard work each week with their weekend head on so you stay the same all the time.

This weekend tho – many are making the change.

Today is going to be a good day:

Getting excited to achieve goals.

In 21 days they will be feeling so much better as they will have lost those pounds they dont want.

They will be fitting better in clothes
