BREAD...on a DIET??? - Tara Hammett

BREAD…on a DIET???

YES!!!

The only thin I don’t agree with in my headline there is the D word

DIET

Don’t go on one.

Change your eating and lifestyle forever. Diet just screams ‘short term plan’, and when you go on a short term plan, you get short term results. Great in the beginning. Then your party or holiday turns up so you go C.R.A.Z.Y.

Eat ALL the things you haven’t been allowed to eat.

STUFF IT – you’re on holidays.

Then when you get back……you keep on eating the crap.

And the bread

(oh wait…I said that’s ok didn’t I? Oops)

Ok, now before I give you my tips on bread, I’ve gotta highlight the skills of TARAnsformer Chanel.

I’m sure she won’t mind me bragging about her and my recent obsession with her, and her food, and her instagram posts. OMG you should see the meals she’s been creating from the Detox recipes and she’s now in the 21 day programme creating even more.

I can’t wait to see what she does next.

That piccy above was from Chanel when we were in detox week last week.YES , that is DETOX FOOD.

We’ve got loads of recipes in there of amazing food that will help you lose weigh and keep it off SUPERFAST.

Lose the bloat and still eat bread.

All you need is some quinoa, some coconut flour, eggs and some flavourings and you have some epic bread.

It’s clean, it’s healthy and its ALLOWED.

And outside of the detox programme, if you tolerate gluten (or go gluten free), it’s not the end of the world if you crave it and decide to have some one day.

Focus on the big rocks.

What are you doing daily that’s getting in your way?

Well…..if it’s bread then you need to cut it out – obvo.

But it’s not just that.

Is it too much cheese, choccy, wine, picking at things hanging around, mindless grazing because you’re bored?

If you’re only having a slice of bread once or twice a week – don’t beat yourself up. Look at the bigger picture at other things you’re doing daily.

All bad habits that are getting in your way.

Your problem like many is not your knowledge, I’m sure you know plenty.

It’s your application.

You just don’t do it.

Or you start to, and you’re not consistent. You don’t see things through because you don’t see results quick enough or you starve yourself or eat the same boring salad and need variety to keep your motivation up.

One of the girls i spoke to in a coaching session yesterday said she finds posting meals on instagram, like Chanel, helps her sometimes. So why not give that a try.

It may help you stay on track more

Or you may need some more recipe ideas.
