My latest news is…
so far there is no news really.
I’ve been in downtime, chillout, relaxation mode.
I haven’t gone this long without emailing or social media posting
Mentally – I am finding it challenging.
My desire to keep rolling with my passion of my business
but at the same time being so tired that I know I have to rest and take it easy.
I’m 39 weeks pregnant now and Baby Deaks is still staying put.
Which I hope he does for now as each day buys me a bit more time to rest.
I’ve been fighting the tiredness for 9 months now.
Trying to carry on as normal,
which to be honest my pregnancy has been smooth,
but it’s been a massive challenge.
When I look back on 2016, which I know so many people are doing too,
I am so so grateful for
what has been a very exciting, life-changing, happy year.
For me there has been a lot of change.
Moving home and expecting a baby.
Two very exciting (and stressful) things to do and I totally love it.
I love change and it’s something I encourage everyone to do.
If you want to grow
Have new experiences
Enjoy life more
Take action to make change.
Right now for me
I’m being challenged
I’m feeling uncomfortable
I need others to help me
I feel vulnerable
….but nothing worth having comes easy.
The same goes for all of us.
Next year we’ll do things
That’s life, but at least do something and try.
I’m not going to jump on the
“New Year, New You” wagon with my message now.
We’ll all see & hear that enough over the next few weeks.
So many will make resolutions and NOT stick with it, just like last
year and the many years before.
In 2016 some incredible girls learned very valuable lessons.
They took action.
They dropped saying:
“I know I should do something, but…”
“Ooh…it’s a bit expensive”
“What if I Fail”
If you start 2017 like that, it will carry on that way.
All I’m going to say is this.
Copy the other girls that have LOVED the results they achieved this year.
This is what they did:
#1 Stopped believing their BS excuses
#2 Joined the TARAnsformer community
(Some went head first into the Life Taransformer – best way ever IMO)
#3 Made an actual plan
(Specific – so they could test it and measure it)
#4 Got support from other girls who are just the same as them
#5 Kept going
Even when they thought they’d learned what they needed to learn – they stayed
consistent and kept going.
When they had parties, holidays, events, celebrations…anything. They kept going.
We’ve had some incredible success stories this year and
I can’t wait to help keep these girls going and inspire new and wonderful transformations.
Over the next few days I’m going to share more of these stories with you.
The beauty of my work is that I can still do this whilst in my PJ’s
with my feet up.
