    Frequently Asked Questions

    I’m really busy with work and family – will I have time for this?

    Yes. Workouts are just 20 minutes, and recipes take around 10 minutes to prepare. The challenge is designed for women with full schedules.

    Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?

    No. All workouts can be done at home with little or no equipment. If you do have access to a gym, you can use it – but it’s not required.

    I’ve tried diets before and always fall off track. How is this different?

    This isn’t a fad diet or a strict set of rules. It’s about building habits that fit into your real life. Plus, you’ll get live coaching and support every week to keep you on track.

    What if I miss a workout or meal?

    No problem. The programme is flexible and forgiving. If you miss a day, you simply pick up where you left off. No guilt, no starting over.
