So it’s not a battle of confusion.
Wouldn’t you LOVE to wake up everyday
and it was just EASY to make choices that were good for you.
EFFORTLESS to do things for yourself.
Having the tools and knowledge
is also needed and that’s exactly what I
teach you in my 21 day programme.
Often I’ve been asked, why 21 days.
Well…..not sure if you know this,
scrumptious pants, but
psychologists say that something
doesn’t become a habit until you practice
it for three weeks.
Maybe not an exact science, but it’s a good bench mark,
people think ‘Hmm…I could dedicate
myself to 3 weeks’ and
well……it’s PROVEN as the results
from so many programmes have been incredible!
So ideally if you want to change something,
do something new for 21 days.
You may not fancy it yourself,
maybe you don’t hate how you feel enough right now.
But I know some can’t bare the sight of
their naked body in the mirror
(never mind letting anyone else see)
HATE going out with friends
as they’re always the PODGY ONE
and dread shopping trips as you only look for
baggy clothes that cover your arms & bum.
Horrible feeling.
And if you relate with that, I’m sure your
confidence has been hit and you’re really not happy.
Well your future all boils down to
